Modern 4 Bedroom Halls Gap Holiday Home
We have the unique luxury of having onsite a Modern 4 Bedroom House which is like a home away from home.
It is double storey and upstairs has a Master Suite with a luxurious high top queen bed, electric blanket with separate controllers, LCD TV, clock radio, its own private ensuite bathroom and balcony with table and chairs.
Downstairs has the 2nd bedroom; Queen bed, electric blanket and clock radio, 3rd bedroom; 2 sets bunks, electric blankets on bottom bunks and clock radio and the 4th bedroom; double bed with bunk over and set of bunks. All beds made up and towels.
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share the second bathroom. Equipped open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas, LCD TV/DVD, air conditioning, heating, laundry and covered parking for 2 vehicles. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need including a coffee machine and sandwich press.Its modern and very spacious and can accommodate three families easily.
Our modern 4 bedroom house even has it’s own outside courtyard with four burner bbq and plenty of seating.
You get access to all of the park facilities, swimming pool, games room, jumping pillow, tennis courts and with the park being right on the lake direct beach and lake access.
Base rates are for 2 people. Extra persons for whole of stay are: $25 (Christmas, Easter & Long Weekends $30 – $35). Infant in own porta cot: Free of charge.
4BR Park House caters for up to 10 adults and up to 8 children but cannot exceed a total of 13 guests. Extra guests for part stays are charged $35.00 per night per guest.
All guests are welcome to use the communal facilities Camp Kitchen, Family Games Room, Playground, Swimming Pool, Tennis courts and large ball games areas. There is no charge for use of these however tennis rackets, pool cues and balls, table tennis rackets and balls all have a small hire charge or BYO equipment.
Central amenities block, with showers, toilets and laundry. Rotundas with BBQs and seating. Sinks with hot water, small camp fireplaces, wood available for purchase.
